Ans – Benefits of Formal Organizations –

Responsibility Fixation: In a formal organization, roles & duties are clearly defined, making seamless allocation & holding people responsible for tasks and outcomes.

Clarity of Duties: Each member’s tasks and responsibilities are fully noted, avoiding confusion and duplication of effort. This clear separation helps seamless operations and ensures everyone understands their respective roles.

Unity of Command: A formal organization respects the concept of unity of command by using official channels of communication and command. It assures employees receive orders from a single boss, reducing disputes & drawbacks.

Achieving Goals: A formal organization creates a defined framework for actions and decisions. This structure helps to meet corporate objectives by ensuring that all actions are aligned with the overall goals.

An organized organization provides stability because it functions according to defined rules and procedures. This predictability in behavior and activities enables consistent performance and contributes to organizational order.

5) Aman Chadha founded ‘Bulls Eye,’ a firm that provides cybersecurity solutions to enterprises. The goal is to prevent, detect, and respond to cyberattacks while protecting essential data.
